As I close out my second month at CreditorWatch I’m thrilled to share how much I’m enjoying this journey. The past weeks have been both challenging and rewarding as I focused on building connections and trust with my new team. Taking over a team from a previous manager requires a thoughtful approach. Key steps I've prioritised for a smooth transition include: 🔴 Understanding the Team's Dynamics through one-on-one meetings. 🔴 Reviewing Existing Processes and Goals to identify areas for improvement. 🔴 Communicating Openly and Honestly to encourage team input. 🔴 Building Trust and Credibility by being consistent and supportive. 🔴 Assessing Skills and Delegating Appropriately. 🔴 Fostering a Positive Team Culture for inclusivity and collaboration. 🔴 Setting Clear Goals and Expectations 🔴 Being Patient and Adaptable during the transition period. 🔴 Seeking Feedback and Continuously Improving based on team input. Grateful for the warm welcome and dedication of my team. Together, we’re building a strong, cohesive unit ready to achieve great things.
