Wrapping up my last leadership class today in Women’s Leadership Initiative at Center for Innovative Leadership at Furman University. Design thinking is one of the best processes I’ve learned for solving problems. Something that stood out to me was stated by our instructor Sarah W.: “you don’t have to follow the highest paid person in the room.” Today I collaborated with my peers in leadership on a goal for my Converspace community. However, with all the projects on my plate, I have a clarity and confidence on how to problem solve and take on a challenge in business and in my brand.
