Excellent post. Leadership is not a position. It is a skill, and a rare one these days. Being able to bring the best out of people and help them grow and progress with each challenge they face, is leadership. Controlling employees and demanding things from them without the proper guidance and trust in their abilities, is being a boss, not a leader. If you want a team and a company to be successful, focus on having more leaders and less bosses.
