Here’s a look into our meticulous UHPC manufacturing process: 1️⃣ 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗠𝗶𝘅𝗶𝗻𝗴: We carefully select premium ingredients, including high-quality cement, silica fume, fine sand, superplasticisers, and steel or synthetic fibers. Using a specialised mixer, we blend the dry materials before adding water and superplasticisers for a perfect mix. 2️⃣ 𝗠𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Our moulds are designed for precise dimensions and surface finishes. A release agent is applied to ensure seamless demoulding. 3️⃣ 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗲: After inspecting the mix, we pour the UHPC into moulds and allow it to self-compact, ensuring a flawless result. 4️⃣ 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗙𝗶𝘅𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀: We incorporate stainless steel lifting and fixation accessories to ensure long-term durability and corrosion resistance. 5️⃣ 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀: Our panels undergo a 24–48-hour initial curing, followed by accelerated heat curing if needed for enhanced strength. 6️⃣ 𝗗𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴: Once the panels pass strength tests, they are carefully de-moulded.
