Single barrel whiskeys are rare in Scotland due to time constraints and blending preferences, but Balvenie, Glendronach, Highland Park, Glenallachie, and Ardnamurchan offer notable single cask expressions. • Glendronach's Private Selections program, led by master distiller Rachel Barrie, carefully selects the best casks for bottling, while Highland Park and Glenallachie also release limited single cask offerings. • Ardnamurchan, despite its recent establishment in 2014, has a robust single cask program, reserving its bottlings for key supply chain partners and dedicated whisky clubs.
