Not just another weenie roast. Say it ain't so, Joey! Hot dog eating champ and world record gobbler of 76 hot dogs, Joey Chestnut is out of the famed Nathan’s contest because he signed a vegan deal. Vegan? Well, a plant-based one with Impossible Foods, but that was enough to have the Major League Eating (excuse me while I burp) organization put the kielbasa on Joey. That's the wurst! Whether you're a fan of Joey or wow, an actual follower of all things competitive eating, Nathan’s 4th of July hot dog eating contest is often a big draw for those who relish watching people dispense with food etiquette of any kind. Now, with the reigning champion out, it just won't be the same if we're being frank. While Joey the dogmeister's participation likely won't be happening, whether he makes an appearance at this year's hot dog eating contest remains to be seen. Perhaps, he and the Major League of Eating will cross buns and ketchup at the event. I mean, Joey did receive $200,000 to appear last year, and I'm sure that came with unlimited mustard packets. For the rest of us, there's always the constant reminder that every hot dog contains one full serving of self doubt https://lnkd.in/g_q3t9SE #joeychestnut #hotdog #vegan #food #culture #eating #health #impossiblefoods #plantbased #marketing

Dry Puppy Dog Kibbles Food Machine Hey everyone! So, I've been thinking about making my own dry puppy dog kibble at home, and I came across this nifty gadget: the Dry Puppy Dog Kibbles Food Machine. Has anyone else tried this thing out? It's supposed to be super easy to use, and you can customize the kibble recipes to make sure your fur baby gets all the good stuff they need. Here’s the deal: You mix up your ingredients (meat, veggies, grains, whatever your pup loves), toss them into this machine, and boom! It churns out perfectly sized, crunchy kibbles. Sounds pretty cool, right? Plus, it seems like it could save some money in the long run and give you peace of mind knowing exactly what's going into your pup's food. If anyone's got experience with this machine, I’d love to hear your thoughts! Is it as easy to use as it sounds? Any recipe tips? Or is it just another gimmick that ends up collecting dust in the corner? Thanks in advance for any advice! 🐾 #PetFoodDIY #HealthyPuppy #DogMomLife #food https://buff.ly/3E1mj31
