It goes without saying that the need for DEI still remains — especially in corporate America. We’ve made a lot of progress over the past two decades, but there’s still a long way to go. For DEI to become truly integrated from the top down, organizations need to focus on developing inclusive managers and leaders through appropriate training, resources, and support systems. This means having leaders who not only have but are willing to grow more diverse perspectives, while also giving them given the necessary tools to lead teams and cultures inclusively. #diversityandinclusion #leadership
