Designed by Hayball architects and built by Crema Constructions, the development will provide 237 apartments situated just 2km from the CBD within Australia’s largest urban renewal area. CLAISEBROOK COVE UPGRADE 🦆🌳 A Concept Plan has been developed to improve the public realm around Claisebrook Cove, addressing the function, amenity, and access for residents, businesses, and visitors. The project focuses on retaining and enhancing the existing character of the Cove while addressing several key issues. The Concept Plan follows the consultation undertaken in 2023 regarding the Jetty Structures and an initial Ideas Plan. A summary of feedback from this consultation and how it has been addressed in the Concept Plan is outlined in the FAQs. The survey takes about 2 minutes to complete and is open for comment from 14 August to 2 September 2024. Community feedback will help shape the final plan. We’ve got great news! A range of new ‘Ward Capital Projects’ to make improvements in all wards in South Ayrshire were approved at council yesterday. In addition to this, a £2m budget for promenade projects has been approved to be evenly distributed between the wards of Girvan, Ayr, Prestwick, and Troon.
