For those who are waiting for me to post new requirements in UST Apologies for the inconvenience as i'm currently held up with some constraints: 1. Internally the details that needed to be available for sharing an external referral, whom needs to go through to understand the requirement, are mostly been removed. Due to which the representation of information that used to obtain has been limited. 2. Since I'm not posting the requirements with the intended to encash any referral bonus. My primary objective was to refer and help those who are seeking jobs to get hired with self merits rather being unemployed. Hence I'm not going to place 1 post after another for 1 requirement to obtain attention! 3. I'm also trying to sort my own official/personal commitments before I dive back in with the new and best approach that people lookup for referrals. Rules for getting a referral in your dream company. 1) Visit career page of company. 2) Search job through various keyword aligning with your skills. 3) Read the Job post carefully and apply only if you have skills because we never refer candidates whose profile is not aligning with the job he/she applies. 4) Apply only the latest job. Companies generally do not remove old inactive job id from website. 5) Fill the details diligently. It has been two months since I have been trying to find a job. I thank the hiring managers who updated the application status within 2 weeks. I understand the volume of applications for a single job but at least the status will give the applicants clarity to revise their approach and plans. I am not implying there should be a standard timeline but there should be a timeline and a closure for the jobseekers as well. #jobseekers #hiring
