This is a demonstration of the fundamental problem I see with most projects. Automation and AI that's what we need! Here we have it, the successful conclusion of a terrible project. No doubt successfully achieved on time and budget, but completely FAILING to deliver the VALUE it should have, and yet C-Suite gleefully role it out claiming victory and that they saved 2 workers wages but next month will wonder why customer complaints and damage claims sore. So what is the PROBLEM? Its the fundamental loss of contact with your customer and the actual requirement, in this case to get the luggage SAFELY to the destination. To have a truly successful project delivery you have to stay in touch with the fundamental requirements and the needs of the customer and how the business can add value and thus make a profit. When you lose that then stuff goes wrong, and in the long run the business loses out. What are your thoughts?
