We had never ventured down the Kenworth path, we had never mentioned down the Paccar path and since we have an opportunity we wanted to take it and we've not thought twice about it. Jay Real started like 1985 with a single truck and then quickly a second truck by Tim Rail being based in Akron, OH. There's not another full truckload carrier anywhere near us that we tried. The multitude of different trucks we did leasing, we did different things in the past. 2014 took on an endeavor get into compressed natural gas, something that we've exited now. So at that point. We the only diesel trucks we had were our leases that we had some we resided, replaced the compressed natural gas. We had an opportunity to come about and we couldn't pass up to buy 42 year old Kenworth T6 eighties. We had an excellent relationship with his song, the local Kenworth dealer. We are 62 years old. This is the original dealership. Jay Rail is really well known in our market. They're one of the bigger fleets and the relationship we've built over the years has been fantastic. Few years back they decided to buy some used Kenworths with the MX motor and like the uptime, serviceability and and how we were able to take care of them here. So they decided to go from all comments to you know the MX power units. They did an excellent job of helping us the product. Formed. I mean, when you buy something used, obviously you don't know what happened to it the first few years. But we were still very pleased and we'd always heard that they were a true million mile truck. I have been here 29 years and a lot of it as a driver and everything, and the Kenworths are by far the best trucks that we have ever had because we're taking a driver off the street, we're teaching them how to drive the truck, we teach them the right ways here. We have excellent instructors here. And then in four short weeks and everything under 5th week, they usually test their pass through CDL and then they go into her finishing school and earn our finishing school. They're going to do a couple weeks of local work there with a trainer. My name is Aaron Karcher. I teach people how to get their CDL license U and coming. I train the new and older drivers. Some things about Jay Rail and how unique they are. They're very family oriented. They making sure that the drivers are #1 priority, always taking care of them, make sure they're comfortable and the best equipment as possible. Our driver count has been helped, you know, keeping a driver on with these new trucks and some of the other trucks we've had automatics in, when you back them up, they will jerk. And, and everything when you're trying to get back into a doc, but these automatics here, they got into them, my goodness, you just give it just a little bit of accelerator and they back up nice and smooth so that you're easing into that dock. I have drivers here that have went through our program years ago and are still on with us. Some of them have already got their million miles in. Right now, 30 to 40% now with the recent orders of our fleet have been transitioned just in the last couple of years. Basically as those leases fall off, our full intention is to continue to purchase the Kenworth trucks moving forward. The overall experience with the Kenworth product has been everything we hoped it to be. The creature comforts, the mileage, the fuel mileage and just the overall driver experience have been, you know, something we've not experienced to this point in our company's history.
