I can’t stress enough how important self-care is in my life. For me, self-care isn’t just a luxury—it’s a necessity. I practice it not only for myself but also for the people who rely on me every day: my family, my clients, and my mother, who I am a caregiver for. When I take time for self-care, I’m able to show up fully for those who matter most to me. Whether it’s taking a quiet moment to recharge or making time for exercise or relaxation, self-care is what keeps me grounded and able to give my best to others. I encourage everyone to prioritize self-care, because when you take care of yourself, you’re better equipped to take care of everyone else. 💛 What’s your favorite way to practice self-care? Let’s inspire each other in the comments! 👇 #SelfCareMatters #CaregiverLife #MentalHealthMatters #LisaOnSelfCare #WestIslandTherapy #YouDeserveIt #SelfCareForEveryone #BalanceAndWellness
