The new revolutionary Cleanining System that improves #RMD’s reprocessing performances   98% EFFECTIVENESS WITHOUT ABRASION   BICARmed is a medical device that uses sodium bicarbonate in granules, and low pressure compressed air. Why Sodium Bicarbonate SAFEKlinic? BICARmed treatment accuracy derives from the constant and continuous action of a special compound of sodium bicarbonate projected on the surface, bicarbonate and air are conveyed uniformly and continuosly through an handpiece. The special granulometry of sodium bicarbonate allows to treat cavities less than 100 µ with great effectiveness and accuracy and to flush all cannulated instruments maintaining their patency and thus avoiding the risk of obstruction. Combined with controlled application of pressurized air, the new system produces a result comparable to an high-precision mechanical brushing, with no abrasion. Simulations show that one second of this treatment is equivalent to 40 seconds of manual brushing. The mechanical action of the granules has no abrasive effects: the kinetic energy is absorbed by the granule itself which, after the impact with the surfaces to be cleaned, is destroyed.
