Being on autopilot can be detrimental to our mental health—it can lead to feelings of disconnection, and depression. 🤔 When we are on autopilot, we are not fully present in our own lives and those around us. Looking back to when my daughters were little, I realize I missed so many moments as autopilot felt like the only setting at the time. We may miss out on the things that make life so joyful and not even notice when our mental health is taking a toll. We must be mindful of the choices we make and the paths we take, in order to stay connected to ourselves and the world around us. Mental "Success" I think we all know that "Mental Health" is a big issue across all levels of business/society now. it's a massive talking point and it will continue to be so for a long time - which is good of cause - it needs talking about. For me, I have moved on!! I don't focus on mine or my clients mental health, I focus on Mental "Success" I worked incredibly hard at getting a base line to my thinking and then I started building, I started doing things that I hoped would make a difference. some worked, some didn't but the commitment to constantly keep trying actually ended up being a great source of energy. As many will know, running and exercise became my foundation and for many I work with that is also the case, but there are many other ways of creating Success around how you think, act and live. So, Yes! we must keep the conversation going regards mental health but we must also be looking at Mental Sucess as that's how we will enable people to move forwards, succeed and live the life they deserve.

what are some signs that show you are mentally strong? You don't let anything bother you, and you don't give a damn what other people think. You realize that life is cool when no one knows anything about you. You'll never touch a beer or a cigarette no matter how bad things get. You'll establish boundaries with others to stay away from toxic people. You'll hang out with good friends who will talk about business, growth, and goals. You will never blame your parents and will accept complete responsibility for them. You will make your own decisions and will not seek approval. You will increase your knowledge by reading 20 minutes per day. You will prioritise your mental health over anything that causes you to feel lost. You will embrace self-discipline and consistency in order to change your life.

Today's topic "Stop rude commenting on the post" You comment negatively on anyone's post. Do you even have any idea how much impact your negative words have on someone's mental health? You go out for your own fun by commenting but other people start thinking about it. Some people are demotivated because of your negativity and even commit suicide. Always be positive, speak positive and support everyone in little things.
