The great thing about #ukhousing is that we work together; social housing is leading the way in retrofitting property to meet NetZero commitment and Together Housing is leading the pack in getting this done and, in the process, finding the barriers. What was interesting was that Orbit Group faced the same, but also their own, challenges in the process. As part of our shared commitment to decarbonisation, we discussed learnings, best practice and future ways of working to create greener communities. We showcased rockwool external wall insulation fitted at a block of flats along with one of our large solar PV and battery system compromising 138, 365watt panels.
