I believe this is likely in response to some drunken fool recently being arrested (rightly so) for kicking a bison. Just...why? I think the National Park Service does an amazing job of getting the point across but in a way that attracts, rather than repels...that engages, rather than provokes. It is masterful use of social media, sending messages that may otherwise be seen as negative and turning them on their heads. There are a lot of issues operators and staff in the foodservice industry have with regard to patron behavior. And, it's easy to get so angry about it that the impetus is to lash out. But taking this tack would likely be significantly more useful...perhaps not with the drunken idiots but to everyone else who may forgot, from time to time, what good behavior is and should be in public. #hospitality #socialmedia #consumerbehavior #foodservice #restaurants #trends2024 #menumattersllc #foodandbeverageindustry
