We're excited to see our KEYENCE VK-X Series laser confocal microscope being used in the development of Edge's groundbreaking thin films with dense micropore arrays! To learn more about this system, check out this link https://lnkd.in/gfc2Hwrb email us at 3DMeasurement@Keyence.com #KEYENCE

Using our KEYENCE CORPORATION laser confocal microscope, here's a sneak peek of a groundbreaking product we're currently developing: thin films with dense micropore arrays. These films, which will be available as both an off-the-shelf product or directly incorporated into your device design, will enable highly controlled sorting of cells and beads, drug delivery, and IVD and will be available in a wide range of pore diameters and densities Compared to products currently available from other vendors, Edge's micropore films offer monodisperse pore sizes and incredibly high porosity, thanks to the very narrow sidewalls our molding process achieves. Be sure to follow Edge for upcoming announcements as we release these products! https://lnkd.in/eggtMm9u #IVD #drugdelivery #devicedesign #devicedevelopment #medicaldevice

KEYENCE CORPORATION's laser confocal scope was transformative for Edge Precision Manufacturing, giving us our first on-site instrument that could be used for micron and submicron inspection of tools and molded parts. We learned more about our own process in the first month of Keyence use than we did in the 5 years prior.
