Keylane Life & Pension's 2023 annual report unveils a remarkable year of strategic investments and robust growth.  Over the past two years, Keylane Life & Pension invested €14 million in our standard SaaS platform Plexus, developed for the life and pension industry. This strategic move not only increased revenue but also delivered substantial value to our customers. Today, Plexus supports approximately 10 million policyholders across pension companies, funds, and BPOs in the Netherlands and Denmark, powered by a team of more than 280 professionals. Leon de Looff, CEO of Keylane Life & Pension, shares, "This achievement underscores our commitment to excellence and innovation. During the last 2 years, I have had the pleasure of working with some of the best in the industry. In the Plexus/PDE area, we today see the result of our investment into the solution, but also our work towards a professional organization, with a growing customer base If we look at our organizational growth, our increased delivery and not least how we have converted non-productive hours to productive hours, the team has all the reason to be proud. We have doubled our capacity, and tripled our delivered EPICs, while still maintained a stable level of incidents With the increased productivity, with the result of our investment, also comes the ability to grow as an organization, deliver to existing customers and not least ability to attract new customers A new organization has been implemented, new managers are in place, high engagement score achieved, and a fully international organization, is ready for our future expansion Quite a journey
