The matter of the fact is that happiness starts with your home first, you fill your cup and share a portion from your overflowing cup with those who are in need to get support from YOU. I am strong enough to admit today that I was wrong and often made wrong choices helping people when I had limited funds to support my own family. I am not ashamed but if I had supported them with just words, story would have been totally different. Today, I learned from some great leaders about the reality check and I call it “stupidity” and “ignorance towards personal finance”. Share the stories so that people do not make such mistakes in their lives, let everyone get the clarity and comfort in their own understanding. “Nobody will come to support you when you need actions, all you get is free advice from people.” #wearenotinthistogether #yourbattleisyours #youareallalone #realitycheck #youalsofaceit - with courage

World Kindness Day Today, I’m reflecting on how impactful kindness can be, especially in the work we do every day. Working in care, I see firsthand how a simple gesture or a few thoughtful words can transform someone’s day. It’s a reminder that kindness isn’t just something we show on special occasions—it’s an essential part of life and a driving force behind GO Personnel. To me, kindness means taking the time to listen, support, and be present for those around us, whether they’re clients, colleagues, or loved ones. It’s about creating a space where everyone feels seen and valued. How are you celebrating kindness today? Let’s spread a little extra warmth and compassion wherever we can! #WorldKindnessDay #CareWithKindness #GOPersonnel #KindnessInAction #DoNotPassGO
Happy World Kindness Day! 🌍 At GO Personnel, kindness is at the heart of everything we do. Today, we’re reminded of the power that small, thoughtful acts can have—not only on the people we support but also within our own team and communities. Whether it’s lending a listening ear, sharing a warm smile, or going that extra mile to make someone’s day a little brighter, kindness makes all the difference. Let’s all take a moment today to show a little extra compassion, empathy, and generosity. Together, we can create a world where kindness is the norm, not the exception. How will you spread kindness today? Let us know in the comments! 👇 #WorldKindnessDay #KindnessMatters #GOpersonnel #CareWithCompassion #SmallActsBigImpact #Agency #Care #Recruitment #Healthcare #DoNotPassGO

Forgiving Life's Events: Transforming Our Past into Strength When faced with a profound question, the impact is undeniable. Recently, I had the privilege of dining with three incredible women, Olga Geidane, Sobiya Jawaid, and Krystyna Trybula, whom I admire and am proud to call friends. Our long conversations are always profound and empowering; this gathering was no different. At one point, I was asked, "What has been one of your biggest learnings in recent years?" When we encounter such a significant question, our bodies react—we shift in our seats, butterflies flutter in our stomachs, and we know we must reach deep within ourselves for the answer. And an answer did come to me: "Learning to forgive life, not forget." What does this mean to you? Forgiveness is often directed towards people—we forgive those who have hurt us. However, when it comes to life events, we tend to "forget." For me, forgiving life means understanding and accepting the events that have shaped us rather than erasing them from our memory. When we forgive these events, we can comprehend how they have worked for us, not what they did to us. Making peace with our past and the experiences that have marked us allows us to see what we want to retain from them and how they have shaped who we are today. How does forgiving life's events transform your perspective? #personalgrowth #mindset #personaldevelopment #empowerment

What a day! 🎉 The Nonference by L&D SHAKERS in Amsterdam was truly something special. This wasn't a typical "sit-and-absorb" conference. L&D Shakers took a unique approach, finding the sweet spot between a fully structured event (conference) and a completely participant-driven experience (unference). From the start, we were immersed in activities designed for connection and collaboration: - Embodiment session: Got us out of our heads and into our bodies, ready to engage. - Intention setting: Helped us focus on what we wanted to gain from the day. - Accountability pods: Provided support and encouragement throughout the day. - Inspiring speakers (like John Puts, Rita Azevedo, Tiago Belotte, Aki Friedrich, and David H.): They delved into the relationship between humans and AI in the context of L&D. - Co-creation and discussion sessions: Sparked insightful conversations and new ideas. - Music meditation and art: A beautiful way to wind down and reflect. The entire experience was crafted to support meaningful interactions. I met so many incredible people (like Vanessa Christina D., Elke Dirkes, Adis Sophie Frémont, Sarlani, Katja Pechorina, Nika Trifonova, Mariano Hoffman and many more) and left feeling energized and inspired. Huge thanks to L&D Shakers for this event and shout out to Anna Svitak and Anamaria Dorgo for a fantastic job organising) 🙏 #Nonference #Amsterdam #L&DShakers #Community #LearningAndDevelopment #Innovation #Connection

Today, as we celebrate Children’s Day, I’m reminded of the values that make our families strong and our children resilient. As a parent, I’ve understood that the real magic happens when we step into their world with an open mind and heart. One thing that has helped me connect deeply with my children is creating a space where they feel safe sharing their thoughts. Whether they’re discussing their latest interests or talking through challenges, these moments of open dialogue build trust and understanding. In Indian households, sharing a meal together has always been more than just eating—it’s a tradition that binds generations. Sitting together for dinner, exchanging stories of the day, and enjoying home-cooked meals create bonds that last a lifetime. It’s during these meals that kids learn that home is a place where they are heard, valued, and loved. Our pets, Disel and Milo, add to this joy, teaching our kids the simplicity of love and the responsibility that comes with caring for others. An important lesson I’ve learned is that the love and respect shared between parents in front of children create a foundation of security and compassion. When children see their parents supporting and caring for one another, they internalize those values. Living with grandparents and cousins further enriches this environment, offering stories and traditions that shape their sense of identity and belonging. One of the best things we can do as parents is to support our children’s unique journeys. In today’s world, possibilities are limitless, and success doesn’t have a single definition. Instead of pushing them into pre-defined roles, let’s guide them to discover their passions. We don’t need more engineers or doctors as a default; we need good citizens who excel in the skills they love and pursue. What traditions do you cherish with your children that strengthen your bond? #Future
