The Israel Innovation Authority (IIA) has once again brought together a number of highly innovative startups for our acceleration program. Thank you Hadar Z. for your invaluable support and organization as always. We would also like to thank all the Israeli startups who submitted their applications for KGAP+ Batch 11. Now our mentors face the challenging task of selecting the most promising candidates for the up-coming main program. But it is precisely this competitive spirit that fosters innovation and strengthens our partnership with the IIA.
Today was a bright spot in our reality as I had the pleasure of joining the Israeli pitch event of KGAP+ Batch 11, hosted by our amazing partner: ATR! Seven Israeli startups showcased their #innovative technologies to a panel of Japanese industry experts. Warm greetings to Sonovia Ltd, EyeControl, EXOSOMM, EExion (and 3 more!) 🎉 ! KGAP+ is a unique matching program designed to connect startups from around the globe with Japan 🎴. It provides support with scouting, facilitates essential B2B meetings, and offers guidance until startups reach a successful demo day and, ideally, establish lasting collaborations 🤝. In this Batch 11 round, we received over 30 applications from Israeli startups. Only 8 were selected by ATR to present their #groundbreakingtechnologies to the expert panel.
