🎉 Proud Founder Moment 🎉 I'm thrilled to share that The Reward Collection has had an incredible year, achieving a 791% increase in revenue and a 641% growth in profit! 😍 The past year has certainly had its ups and downs, but our team’s resilience has been nothing short of inspiring. I thought that a huge growth spurt would only bring success, but I’ve learned that growth brings its own set of challenges. How can our business processes scale in line with the extreme growth? Are our contracts scalable at a global level? Do we have the right protections in place to mitigate potential risk factors? One thing is for sure: we’ve managed to stay lean and adjust our processes to ensure our growth is sustainable. Our trajectory looks promising, and we’re prepared to keep pushing forward. This post is tasty, but it's not about food. The best moments for me are the ones where we hear awesome feedback about our hQ team, and the community of support we're building within the Q Wealth Partners Partnership. A few weeks ago one of our current Partners joined us for dinner in Calgary with a prospective partner, who is currently at a leading independent dealer.
