Here’s my morning routine: 5AM — Wake up and read 6AM — Gym time 7AM — Refresh with tea 8AM — Plan the day 8:30 — Start writing 9AM — Post scheduling 10AM — Meditate 11AM — Client meeting 12PM — Healthy lunch break And that’s how I established my perfect morning routine. ---------------- But what if I told you that’s a load of BS! It’s all a fairytale. Here’s my reality: My day starts at around 6:30, maybe 7. Between wake-up time and 8:45 — It’s chaos. 😂 Here's an idea of how it looks: → Waking two sleepyheads. → Preparing breakfast. → Packing lunches. → Helping them get dressed. → The occasional clothing dispute. → School drop-off by 8:45. And guess what? After today’s drop-off, I took a nap. Why? Because I deserve it. So here’s my nugget of wisdom: Take everything you see on the socials with a grain of salt. Do what works for you. Khuliso Mashau You got me at first! Then I saw gym at 6am. I experimented with it but didn't last long. I had an heavy energy crash after my post workout breakfast. The rest of the day was painful. 😅
