The ocean is a garbage dump. Protect our waters! I applaud the work of the Dutch initiative The Ocean Cleanup 'sarcastic sense voice' The good news of plastics pollution is that there are soooooo many different types of plastics that the trillions of different microbes in the ocean will evolve quickly with so much food around. And this will bring a huge boost for new biodiversity in evolution... Better than what most scientists do: find one microfiber that eats plastics. Monoculture always causes pests... 'truth in sciences voice' By the way, our toxicology scientists say that the only solution for plastics degradation is UV light. Our partners are going to big conferences discussing the viability of leaving the plastics in. Just monitoring the huge evolution of microbial diversity in our oceans... What is best?
