Is hustle culture dead? 🤔 Look, hustling 24/7 isn’t going to lead to a sustainable business. This is what most solo/new business owners do: Hustle 24/7 Burnout (and then wear the badge) Sacrifice their life for work And when their business starts to fail, they put more pressure on themselves. (Which leads to burnout) Which will NEVER lead to a successful business Trust me when I say this, burnout is one of the biggest downfalls to business. Instead, focus on: Stealing pockets of time for breaks Prioritise SLEEP, exercise and diet Have something outside of work that you enjoy Focus on relationships (that don’t solely benefit work) Running a business is like running a marathon.
