We’re thrilled to announce that 𝟵 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 have been approved as part of our second call for proposals! Together they will receive approximately €20,5 million in ERDF funding. This milestone brings the total ERDF funding approved to about €50 million for a total of 20 projects. A significant investment in the future of our cross-border region! Spanning the tri-border area of Belgium, Germany, and the Netherlands, these projects address the pressing challenges we face today. They stand as a testament to the power of collaboration, proving that borders don’t have to divide us – they can unite us in tackling shared challenges and unlocking new opportunities. One project aims for a smarter Meuse-Rhine area, four for a greener, low-carbon Meuse-Rhine region, three for a more social Meuse-Rhine area, and one for better cooperation governance between the three countries. A sincere thank you to all the partners and project teams committed to realising these strategic goals. Let’s celebrate this incredible progress and continue shaping a smarter, greener, more social, and better Meuse-Rhine region! 🌟 We will introduce you to the new projects and the brains behind them soon, so stay tuned! #CrossBorderCooperation #EUinmyRegion #InterregMeuseRhine #ProjectFunding #TogetherWeCanMakeADifference

I'm thrilled to share my experience attending an Enterprise Ireland workshop Yesterday! It was inspiring to see how #Ireland is putting #sustainability at the forefront of business strategy and etiquette. As a student in Climate Change: Media, Policy and Society at Dublin City University, I was impressed by Enterprise Ireland's commitment to helping Irish SMEs grow globally while prioritising sustainable practices. Their approach aligns perfectly with the global push towards #NetZero emissions and the Paris Agreement goals. The workshop highlighted the critical role of climate communication and understanding in the business sector. Enterprise Ireland is empowering Irish companies to: Develop sustainability strategies, Implement eco-friendly practices, Innovate for a low-carbon future, Expand internationally with a green focus, It's clear that Enterprise Ireland recognises that in today's world, business growth and sustainability go hand in hand. Their support for SMEs to align with the #SustainableDevelopmentGoals is not just admirable, but essential for long-term success in the global market. As future climate professionals, it's rewarding to see organisations like Enterprise Ireland bridging the gap between business ambitions and environmental responsibility. They are proving that economic growth and sustainability can - and must - coexist. #ClimateAction #IrishBusiness #GlobalGrowth #GreenInnovation #SDGs Enterprise Ireland UK Dublin City University Irish Council for International Students (ICOS)
