This week, the Kiddom Team wants to express our heartfelt appreciation for teachers and educators everywhere. For all of us, there's a teacher who had a distinct and positive impact on our lives, and we will remember them to this day. So, while teachers should be celebrated every day, this week we want to share some educators that inspired us, and want to hear about those who impacted you! #TeacherAppreciation #TeacherAppreciationWeek #K12Education #Teachers

This week we’re featuring, OrtweinElementary - a pilot school for The Let Grow Experience. “With Let Grow, the trophy you really get is one step closer to who you really are," stated a student at Ortwein Elementary. The beauty of a toolbox analogy for kiddos, students and families alike is that every single person out there has one. No one goes through life without their toolbox. In a world where neurodivergent kids already walk around feeling “different” - helping them recognize everyone has a toolbox can go miles to making them feel included, supported - less different. What kind of toolbox do you have? What kind of tools have you put into your toolbox? #neurodiversity #specialeducationadvocate #specialeducation #education #equity

Empowering the Next Generation | On a mission to help children in rural and marginalized communities to harness their literacy potential for personal development and global peace | SDG4 Advocate
What's really the importance of involving parents, caregivers and communities in supporting inclusive education initiatives and fostering a supportive learning environment❓❓❓ Inclusive education means making sure all students feel welcome and supported in school. Parents, caregivers, and communities are super important in making this happen. Parents and caregivers are like a child's first teachers and biggest fans. They help teachers understand what each child needs to do well in school. They also share cool things about their child's background and culture, which helps teachers teach better. Communities, on the other hand, also have a big role to play. They can help out at school events, give resources, and show kids lots of different ways to see the world. When everyone works together, schools become places where everyone feels respected and valued. This helps all kids do better in school and in life. #InclusiveEducation #Educationisfun #EveryChildisUnique #QualityEducationMatters
