5️⃣ WE NEED TO SET ANOTHER 5-year plan and this week, Jonny and I got to work on it!
For those that don’t already know, Football Fun Factory recently passed the pretty mega milestone of launching 100 franchises across the UK and Ireland.
This journey began in September 2019 when we started franchising. Having set the goal to reach 100 franchises as part of our 5-year plan, we are now set to embark on the next 5 years, which promise to be incredibly exciting.
Exactly what the next 5 years will entail is up for debate though! There are a number of different directions we could go, from focusing on the core of growth across the UK, through to international expansion and creation of more partnerships.
After our initial discussions, I am happy to let you into a little secret and share that in typical FFF fashion, we will be going after more than one thing… in fact, a whole host of things!
We are mindful that if we want to gain full UK market dominance in children’s football coaching that we will need extreme focus domestically, and our challenge is how we can simultaneously strive for realising other goals too.
Sometimes in business, it’s easy to get caught up and stressed about thinking whether it’s ‘this’ or ‘that’, but at the Football Fun Factory, we like to replace the ‘or’ with an ‘and’, work out how we can do everything we want to.
We have had two full days working on a 5-year plan and in the next week or two I think we will be ready to share some of the key details about what we are aiming to achieve.
As ever, we’ll share as much as we can publicly and take people on the journey with us as we drive towards our goal of becoming the world’s leading children’s football coaching organisation.
