As we wrap up 2024 we would like to take the time to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported us throughout the year, from colleagues to clients and supply chain partners. This will be our last post of the year, but we will be back from Thursday 2 January to share exciting news in 2025. We wish everyone a safe and healthy festive break, and all the best from everyone at Kier!
God help you if you are disabled working for this company! They have no knowledge of the sections of the Equality Act of 2010 are, or what "A duty of care" under the Health & Safety at work act of 1974 is! When I asked to see a copy of their "Disability Passport", I was told they don't have one! A company this size, it is beyond unbelievable to say the least. It is such a shame in this day and age. They love ticking boxes but, management should be made to learn these acts by heart as a lot of good companies find themselves in tribunals as a result of the ignorance of their management. Training is highly essential in management status. Ignorance of the law however is not recognisable, nor acceptable. I was very badly treated, and this is a "Head's Up" for everybody in the company. Know your stuff, and if you don't, jolly well find out! Happy new year to you all.
So you wish everybody a prosperous New Year and thank everybody for their hard work Wish I thought that was heartfelt as we worked alongside you in 2023 when you started Kennett Primary School using a so called verified subcontractor SLH projects Ltd run by the lying Rachel Maddocks with Mr Tony Ives hiding behind her still we wait for our money that we invoiced in 2023 with RM and TI blocking all calls or texts , been on numerous holidays in the last 18 months on the money they owe plant companies , had a 44 k kitchen fitted and a luxury ice bath bugger their suppliers they can take a running jump they are keeping all the money for their self indulgence . i hear people cry out you should have approached the main contractor part of Kier Group about our situation ,we did call on the site ,told not their problem they had paid SLH ,our dealings should be with them ,no duty of care their making sure funds are paid down the line , we should just lump it ,thanks for the help not still to date us and several others wait to be paid patience run out maybe this post will stir up some comment on this and you never know we might be contacted by the elusive SLH Projects 🤞 #cobalt #FJ #kier # RG Carter group #SLH projects # Rachel Maddocks # Tony Ives # non paying sub contractors
Amen to that! Merry Christmas to all my Kier Group colleagues- hope you all have a fantastic day! Bring on 2025 ❤️
