Kier Group’s Post

🚪 We’re opening our doors for Open Doors 2025! For the 11th year, Kier is proud to support Build UK's Open Doors Week, inspiring young people to explore the many opportunities within the construction industry. From 17–21 March, over 45 Kier sites will welcome young people, schools, and colleges to see what happens behind the hoardings of some of the UK’s most exciting projects. What’s new this year? - Online sessions to join from anywhere - bringing opportunities to even more people. - Explore topics like sustainability, creative media, and community impact, tailored to inspire future talent. As part of this yearly initiative, we aim to inspire the next generation of talent and showcase the diverse pathways available, from apprenticeships to graduate programmes. Whether you're considering a career change, work experience, or your first step into the industry, this is your chance to explore what we do. This is great, we need more open doors opportunities for young people and to encourage the FM industry to do more of this to inspire the next generation.
