We've kicked off our Kitchen Lead and Guest Experience Lead programs! These two new leadership roles will help our teams get even better at slaying it in the kitchen and serving up the Killer vibes to our guests. The roles also serve as an additional career development pathway as Killer Burger continues to grow. We were stoked to host Jasper and his family at Killer Burger Orchards the night he found out that he'll be going to Walt Disney World for his birthday. We love the work Make-A-Wish Oregon does and couldn't be prouder to continue partnering with them on these special occassions. 2023 has been a banger! We had four amazing high-volume store openings and then, in the 11th hour, opened up Spokane Valley which is now serving up the highest number of burgers and beers in our kick-*ss fleet. During training week, Wes and Coral Walterman's Spokane team seared over 2500 burgers and partnered with Make-A-Wish Alaska and Washington to raise $13,190 for children with critical illnesses.
