When I first entered my professional career, I quickly realized that finding time for exercise was more challenging than I had anticipated... even for somebody in the fitness industry! The demands of work and life left me with little room for the hour long workouts I accustomed to. Lukcily, I understood evidence based exercise so I could make my workouts efficient without compromising results. Instead of spending an hour every day in the gym, I focused on scientifically-backed high-intensity training. This approach allowed me to achieve better results in just 60-90 minutes of exercise per week. I know many of you, especially business leaders, face the same challenge. The constant pressure and packed schedules make it difficult to commit to long workout sessions. But here's the truth: you don't need to spend an hour a day, 4-5 days a week, to achieve your fitness goals. Efficiency in exercise is key to sustainable results.
