I seem to be getting calls daily asking about the market. We're all wondering how everyone's doing this year. Is the market still good? Should I change jobs? Should we be hiring? The answer? All of that is yes. I can say that the market is still hot. Is it pandemic level hot? No. But it's important to remember what life was like prior to the pandemic From a business standpoint, It's important that we acknowledge that over the last several years we were going at lightning speed. Someone recently pointed out to me, I don't think things have slowed down. I think we've just gone back to normal and that gave me something to truly think about.
