Being a high school principal was one of my most enjoyable educational leadership experiences. I absolutely loved watching our students grow into young adults ready to change the world. They play a role in negotiating fair labor conditions, wages and other working environment aspects. So as you can see. Public school districts are dynamic ecosystems where the collaboration of diverse stakeholders shapes the educational landscape.
