DO YOU AGREE THAT A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP IS AS WELL A SALES REP?. In my role as a customer service specialist, I've discovered a unique duality. Not only am I resolving issues and assisting customers, but I also find myself functioning as a sales representative. Let me break it down - a customer reaches out with a query, and I, as a customer service rep, not only resolve their concerns I take the opportunity to highlight the features and benefits of our product. This turns a routine interaction into the starting point of a potential sale. It's a powerful fusion of support and sales, creating a seamless customer journey. The key lies in Customer Service Rep being the first point of contact. The unique advantage here is that the customer service rep bridges the gap between addressing issues and subtly presenting the value of our products or services. Have you ever found yourself in a situation where a customer service interaction led you to make a purchase decision? I'm curious to hear your thoughts on the intertwined roles of customer service and sales. Share your experiences and opinions below! 👇 #customer #customerservicemanagement #sdr #sales #salesrepresentative

𝑼𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑫𝒊𝒇𝒇𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝑩𝒆𝒕𝒘𝒆𝒆𝒏 𝑪𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒓 𝑺𝒖𝒑𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑻𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒔𝒂𝒍𝒆𝒔 🔹 Customer Support focuses on assisting customers by answering questions, solving product or service-related problems, and ensuring a satisfactory customer experience. This role is crucial for retaining customers and building brand loyalty. 🔹 Telesales, on the other hand, is proactive and sales-driven. It involves reaching out to potential customers with the goal of selling products or services, generating leads, and driving business growth. Both roles require strong communication skills but differ significantly in their objectives and strategies. While Customer Support aims to solve problems and ensure satisfaction, Telesales is about persuasion, negotiation, and closing sales. Which of these areas do you think is more challenging and why? 🗨️ #customersupport #telesales #businessgrowth #professionalnetworking #consilowebteam

As a sales or customer service representative, every hour counts - whether you work 8 or 40 hours a week. Your interactions with customers have a profound impact on the business. During your time on the job, you have the power to: ✅ Win a new customer through exceptional service. 🎉 Retain a loyal customer through thoughtful engagement. ❌ Or unfortunately, lose a customer due to a negative experience. 📍Be intentional and mindful of your role. My first days in a call center were stressful🤯. I asked myself « How to deal with the dozens of customers that i will communicate, with more than twenty girls sharing with me the same space and position ? » Many of us have probably muttered the words « why is that person working in a call center or customer service role? » The answer is WHY NOT ?🕵️ I worked for two years as a custmer sales service in a call center : 1- I learned how to effectively communicate with people from diverse backgrounds over the phone 2- I became knowledgeable about the services my company offers, knowledgeable about countries traditions and cultures 3- I developped my multitasking abilities because as an agent i had to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously 4- I learned how to manage my time effectively and to be diligent 5- I learned how to adapt quickly to new challenges and circumstances ALSO DO NOT FORGET Interacting with a lot of people challenges you to : ✅ step out of your comfort zone, ✅ adapt to different personalities, and ✅ develop your interpersonal skills This can lead to personal growth 💪🏻and increased self-confidence👏. STOP TELLING « I DON’T WORK IN A CALL CENTER ! » #callcenter #firstexperience

Senior Secondary Processing and Material Planning @ LindFast Solutions Group | Sales, Purchasing, Procurement, Material Planning, Account Management
🤔 What is an Account Manager? Even after a few years of successfully filling this role, I struggle to define this because of the broad range of functions one can perform under this title. At its core, you are responsible for overseeing the relationship between a business and its customers. Briefly, an Account Manager holds a critical role in maintaining healthy client relationships, addressing customer needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. Given that Account Managers interact with customers more than any other team member, they function as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns and maintaining their account activities. In contrast to a salesperson, who focuses on closing initial deals, an Account Manager handles the relationship after the deal is secured. Here are just some of my responsibilities as an Account Manager: - Handling routine tasks related to customer accounts, ensuring client needs are met. - Working to maintain positive relationships. - Serving as a liaison between sales, management, and other teams. - Routinely donning multiple hats, including sales, customer service, technical support, and financial advising. - Functioning in the role of client and investment retention. - Working hand-in-hand with sales and management to maximize customer satisfaction.
