Six years ago, I should have made the decision to join this incredible organization. The true essence of "organization" is truly reflected in every aspect here. These past 90 days have been an exhilarating and immensely challenging journey, pushing me to achieve things I never thought possible. Recently, I attended a transformative 2-day workshop organized by Transcon Solution, led by our Senior Associate Director, Mrs. Shruti Giradkar. It has been overwhelming to witness the management's dedication to understanding our needs and bridging the gaps to elevate our competencies. These eye-opening days were made possible by the wonderful Mrs. Sujata Mukherjee, where our team set aside worries to embrace togetherness. I'm now looking forward to a year of mentorship, training programs, workshops, and more. I never imagined I would be this active on LinkedIn, taking trainings, mentoring newcomers, and engaging with different OEMs at an advanced level. I am pushing my own boundaries and growing in ways I never thought possible.
