Continuing to celebrate Leather Gardens Passivhaus success...   In case you missed it in August, our recently completed project Leather Gardens received Passivhaus Classic accreditation. We are delighted that the data collated by independent quality assessors yielded excellent results when benchmarked against the minimum targets required to achieve Passivhaus classic; including air tightness, which improved by 20% on the minimum target requirement of 0.6 air changes per hour (with overall results coming in at 0.48 air changes per hour). Also, we saw 'annual heating demand' improve upon the minimum standard by 33% overall.   Tomorrow, our Business Development Manager Evette Prout, will be attending the UK Passivhaus conference at the University of Oxford! We were delighted to attend the Housing Design Awards last night to witness our completed project, Regency Court, pick up a ‘Completed Scheme Award’. 🏆 We are thrilled this project has been recognised for ‘ticking lots of boxes’ when it comes to measuring the standards for a perfect living environment!
