At this point, I have to address hiring companies with frustration: 1. Stop asking job seekers to create specific long/short samples if you don't intend to hire them, even when they pass. 2. Read the résumé/CV carefully before asking for samples because—peekaboo—it includes important information, URLs to access samples, and explanations that you may end up asking for redundantly. 3. Remember that job seekers seek career opportunities, not exploitation. #commonsense #hiringcompanies #jobseeking
