Hey, it's Brian King again. Again, we're decoding our DNA of who we are at King Law today. I want to talk to you about a benefit we have with all of our team and that is flexible schedule. A lot of firms have dealt with this because with COVID there was a lot of at homework. We've been, we've complete electronic file since 2006. We've been doing remote work for years because we have 21 different offices all trying to interconnect. So that really wasn't a difficulty for us. The question was what do we do? In a generation that really has decided that, hey, I can get a lot of my work done at home. What we do here is we sat with all of our attorneys, all of our case managers. We have certain goals. If those attorneys meet those goals for a month, then they get a flight schedule, meaning that they can work in and out of the office. Now this is a little bit difficult because of course a lot of our attorneys need mentoring and mentoring doesn't just happen in structured meetings. That happens in, you know, as you walk through the hallways, meeting in the break room and things like that. So we try to make sure that there's plenty of. Times where there can be intentional and even unintentional meetings between mentors and mentees, but allowing for a flex schedule allows for a good work quality and environment in order to do that. That's what we created as being a flat schedule, which is you're basically you do what you're asked to do and you can do it on your terms. And that's what we have as part of our DNA at King Law.
