✨In the midst of challenges and uncertainty, let's remember that hope is the light that guides us through the darkest times. It's the belief in better days and the courage to keep moving forward. 💫💖 In this week's mental health minute our CEO discusses the topic on "Hope." Take a minute to listen.
Hope is like air and water, you can't live without it. When someone wants to give up, this is the critical piece that is missing. Once it is restored, people can get through anything. We are much more resilient than you know and that is why stories of people overcoming giant obstacles are so appealing and sell books and movies. More than any other storyline, we need to know that we can make it to the other side of difficulty and pain. So how does one hold on? Hope when it seems pointless to do so, tell someone, Share your true feelings, engage in self-care, consult your faith, call a professional or help someone else who has lost hope. Bottom line, take action to find hope again. Choose to believe in the solutions you cannot see or feel in the moment. But no are there because they've been there before and they will be there again.
