It’s been 1 month since Andrew Boone & I started our journey at Raymond James and with 💯% conviction, we can say we have NO regrets. They said it wouldn’t be easy; they were right. They said it would be a lot work; that was an understatement. They said clients would be supportive; we’ve been overwhelmed on how much so. They said it would take 3 months to get back to “normal;” totally agree. They said there would be surprises; yup! While we had a year to fully prepare for this transition, clients were completely surprised with unannounced phone calls about our move…as unfortunately our industry has a tough stance on transition protocol. Nonetheless, with the support of our New Haven office, as well as RJ staff from across the entire region, it went as smoothly as it could have gone. And for that, we thank you! But there is still more work to be done. Andy & I look forward to settling in and getting back to our quarterly client conversations where we can discuss financial planning & investment allocation. We can’t wait to fully unleash the depth of resources that RJ has to offer our clients and showcase the reason why we made this move. Everyone loves progress, but no one likes change…and as we reflect back on this, it will soon be a small market dip on a long and consistent upward growth trajectory. 📈 Onward! #BooneMacalusoGroup
