The advantage of the work I do is I get to work with good companies and great people. The truth is - bad companies and people who don’t care about their employees aren’t going to work with a company like Vibrant Talent doing what we do 🤷♂️ That’s not to say every company that works with us is perfect at the start, but they care about their people enough to want to go on a journey and make things as good as they can be. I can honestly say, and I’ve engaged with employees at every level in firmus energy, it’s a company with an abundance of good people. Don’t take my word for it though, we did a cultural evaluation and right throughout the business people told us it themselves! There’s nothing that affects us more in our day to day work, determining whether we have a good or bad day, than our interactions with our coworkers. So if you want to work with good people - definitely check out careers at firmus energy and speak to Olga Pollock 🤝
Did you know that firmus energy supply natural gas across Northern Ireland and have started their journey in transitioning to net-zero carbon? We also offer job stability and believe in nurturing our talent teams. If you're interested in joining the firmus family, keep an eye on our careers page for any upcoming vacancies - https://lnkd.in/giqHUHv #careers #sustainable #talent #vacancies #jobs

Ich baue Lieferteams für erneuerbare Energieprojekte im Versorgungsmaßstab auf der ganzen Welt auf🌎 // I build delivery teams for utility scale renewable energy projects, all over the world 🌎
Many hands make light work.. Fresh from walking up and down the Old Man of Coniston in the Lake District on Sunday. Back with the team ready to take on our next challenge/project. Our most recent project saw us partnering with an international developer / utility emerging into the German market with huge ambitions. The Brief: Moving from development into construction, build the core of a delivery team across Substations and Solar PV. The business had no existing team and identified the need to partner with a specialist with mature relationships in the region and sector. The Challenge: Extremely competitive market with every player in the market looking for the same type of profiles. The Outcome: Working hand in hand with both the Hiring team and HR partners, took assignment briefings on four roles, developing a compelling employer value proposition. From briefings 12 weeks ago, we presented shortlists across all four roles, managed the interview processes, and secured a Head of Substations, Project Manager Substations, Senior Project Manager PV and a Senior Electrical Project Engineer, on time and within budget. Would your business benefit from a specialist team working directly for you, to staff up your latest pursuit, project or team? To understand how we can complement your hiring process drop me a message here on Linked IN or via e-mail liam.hodgkinson@hunterphilips.com #germany #solar #substations #renewables

When we partner with a client, we become an extension of the brand. As headhunters, it is our responsibility to have a thorough understanding of the organisation, so that we can provide the best-suited candidates for the business' long-term plans. We have been working with Ikaros Solar for a considerable amount of time now, and have provided support across various functions, from placing candidates into management roles to recently filling C-suite positions such as their new CCO and Deputy CEO. Here's what Yves, CEO at Ikaros Solar, had to say about CSG Talent's ability to deliver long-term: 💬 "CSG Talent has acquired detailed knowledge of Ikaros' business throughout the years they have been sourcing professionals in business development, procurement, specialist engineering fields and HR for us. That combined with their intricate knowledge of the solar industry has delivered spectacular results: efficiently providing us the best possible candidates fitting in our business culture. It was no surprise that Ikaros recently entrusted them with sourcing members of our C-suite. CSG Talent has obliged with splendour: thanks to their expertise, Ikaros is ready for the future with a skilled CCO and Deputy CEO completing our team. On a personal note, it always has been a great pleasure for me to interact with Michael Isle." Energy and Renewable Energy Headhunter | Retained Recruitment to Recruitment Specialist | Growing recruitment agencies with revenue generating recruiters in London.
How do you prepare yourself for the week ahead? 🤔 Preparation is a main trait for many successful recruiters, some people operate differently to others to set themselves up, whether that’s taking some time over the weekend or getting in early first thing on a Monday do give yourself a head start. Personally I like to sit down and do a recap of the week on a Friday or a Sunday as I feel that taking a step back to see what works for me and what I could change next time can go such a long way to set you up for the week ahead. Would you spare 15-20 minutes to save you hours in the next working week? #recruitment #energy #renewables #engineering
