🌟We are thrilled to introduce KIPP St. Louis High School’s new School Leader, Rayven Calloway, who brings a wealth of experience and passion to our school community! 🌟 🎓Ms. Calloway is a transformational principal known for her dedication to turning around schools and creating success from the inside out. 📈A native of New Orleans, she has over a decade of experience in education, starting from the highest-performing school in rural Louisiana to transforming the lowest-performing school with remarkable academic growth. 💪🏽Rayven's leadership journey includes: - Leading significant academic improvements, including a 4-point average increase in ACT scores and a 40% surge in EOC class scores as the principal of St. John the Baptist Schools. - Serving on the Instructional Review Committee. - Serving as CEO at a local charter school, turning it around from a failing grade to success. 🎓Currently pursuing her doctoral degree, Ms. Calloway is committed to empowering teachers, parents, and students.
