How much do we talk about plenums? Not very much. It seems like they fly a bit under the radar and not much is said about them. If you read into what is supposed to be protected or made of a designated and rated material, the list is quite long. Option two is to wrap the materials in a rated material. I've shoved my noggin into quite a few plenum spaces hunting open air smokes or wiring and I have seen very little wrap.
