Software companies, especially those maybe founded by developers themselves, I think they overestimate how self-serve their platform is. And then the expectation on their end is, well, you know, we've got this onboarding tutorial or this walk through. And by going through that walk through, then you discover all these extra great features of our platform. But how many of us really complete that walks or that change tutorial, right? Like typically we don't. Even if we do, we probably ignore all the fancy stuff because we're so focused on the immediate need we had that drove us to the platform in the 1st place. But that's a shame because all that extra stuff. Fancy stuff they didn't get a chance to really partake in or learn. That's the differentiator. Like that's what makes your platform different than those cheap copycats who are selling your same basic functionality for less, right? Just just kind of punt that off to a walkthrough. That's a shape because you spent all this money on R&D and developers and everything to build out those differentiators.
