Content is no longer King...  The airline distribution industry is maturing, and it is not only about WHAT you can offer but how WELL you can deliver it to the consumer. Legacy systems struggle to keep pace, and the emergence of AI, powered by vast amounts of data, will only exacerbate the issues caused by outdated technology.  Why invest in acquiring customers if their transactions fail, prompting them to move to another website for booking?  Though infrastructure might not be the most thrilling topic (for some, but I find it fascinating!), it's paramount. Atlas' technology team diligently monitors our system performance to ensure it functions seamlessly and can handle peak demands. This way, we give our agency partners peace of mind and keep their costs minimal. As an industry, we must continue investing in our shared infrastructure and be discerning when selecting technology providers. Travelers deserve a great experience - choosing tickets, booking seamlessly, and starting their trip positively. It sounds like a good New Year's resolution to me!
