So let's say I'm hiring for a mechanic at Lyme and I want to execute and help me like streamline the recruitment process from the candidate I'm receiving inbound from this position. So I'm going to copy this job. I'm gonna move to our app. I'm gonna copy and paste what we've said here from title and job description. I'm going to press next. What's happening now is that we extract key information and requirements. From the job so that we have outlined exactly in each of its component. This usually take like few seconds to happen. Once this is done, I'm going to complete with all the missing information. In this case it's just like studying detail. All the other information are outline then gonna move next. What's happening now is that we extract and propose like what are the requirements of the position. So for example, at least they 19 years old IS experience, good communication. I'm going to move forward and then we're gonna move to the pre assessment question. So as you can see here, we have proposed like a few set of questions that we're gonna ask during the conversation to the candidates to be sure they are a fit for that position. So for example, availability, experience. With his experience and so on, then I'm gonna move next. What happens now is that I'm gonna upload my candidates data including name and phone numbers and then next I'm gonna be ready to simulate a conversation with the agent. So I'm going to insert my phone number and then I'm going to press start conversation. What's going to happen now in few seconds is that our AI recruiter agent is going to contact me over WhatsApp and then we're going to initiate a conversation as if I'm a candidate to understand. If I'm a good fit for the position. So as we can see now, we move to WhatsApp and then I received a message from Lucaya, our recruiting agent. Good morning, Federico, I'm interested in you and I would like to know more about this opportunity. Hey, Luca. Hey, Luca, happy to know more. So now we're going to initiate the conversation with our agent. And see if we happen to be a fit for this position. How you currently working? I'm not ready to ready to start us up. Great.
