🤖T-Level (and more) Thursday👩🔬 T-Level Thursday is a chance to find out more about skills programs such as: ✨Skills Bootcamps ✨Multiply ✨T-Levels ✨Higher Technical Qualifications (HTQs) T Levels are an alternative to A levels, apprenticeships and other 16 to 19 courses. Equivalent in size to 3 A levels, a T Level focuses on vocational skills and can help students into skilled employment, higher study, or apprenticeships. Each T Level includes an in-depth industry placement that lasts at least 45 days. Students get valuable experience in the workplace; employers get early sight of the new talent in their industry. T Level students spend 80% of the course in their learning environment, gaining the skills that employers need. The other 20% is a meaningful industry placement, where they put these skills into action. How to succeed with your apprenticeship strategy 👑 Having a clear apprenticeship strategy is vital to increase profitability, improve competitive advantage, better customer relationships & increase organisational efficiency & productivity. Some key points I have discussed with employers are: 👑 Utilising your levy funds - making sure all funds are used to maximise ROI and resources available. 👑 Use apprenticeships to develop existing staff as well as introduce new talent. A mixture of both is perfect for enhancing capabilities and bringing in new perspectives. 👑 Do your due diligence - look at what the provider offers, Ofsted rating and achievement rates Within my role there is nothing better than helping organisations get the most out their levy funds, support existing staff on their career development journey and of course shouting about our Ofsted OUTSTANDING rating and all the additional learning materials we offer.
