I interviewed 21 builders who are part of the @gregisenberg Community Empire's founding members class. 21 stories full of opportunity, vision, and growth. And that was just 15% of the founding members! Here are my takeaways. 🏔 There is no easy path. Founders with exits? Young college upstart? Technologically gifted? Everyone faces the same challenges when building something new. ⚡ You need a "next action." Vision is great for inspiration but terrible for momentum. Measure your success by the number of steps you have taken this week. Steps and Reps matter. 📏 Frameworks matter. Blueprints sound good but they stifle your creativity. Empire is built on tools you can customize to your use case to achieve your goals. 📌 Accountability is the way. We have 2x monthly sessions to keep members on track with their most important work.
