Each new feature is equally exciting in its own way, but there are five things they have in common. They all: 🧠 Build standard-aligned, grade-leveled background knowledge and vocabulary. 📚 Promote essential literacy skill-building, comprehension, and critical thinking. 👀 Feature easy-to-read alignments to your state’s ELA and content standards. ✨ Allow you to differentiate instruction. 🫱🏼🫲🏾 Assess learning to let you know who needs a little more help—and in what! All of this helps teachers make the most of every instructional minute, and helps students feel empowered to learn in a way—and at a level—that works for them. Learn more: https://brnpop.co/3WQTNu8

What if... 🔔 Schools stopped using bells?🔔 I know not all schools do use them. In nearly 20 years of working in education across four different institutions, i've never experienced a bell. ❓But for those that do use them, why? ❓What would happen if you stopped using them at the end of this week for the rest of the year? ❓In a world where we are bombarded with notifications, is the school bell a notification that is no longer required? The aim of my weekly “what if” question is to: ✅ Stimulate conversation ✅ Create connection ✅ Share ideas 👍🏻Like | ⌨️Comment | 🏷️Tag | ♻️Share Over to you!
