The Skill-Will Matrix, highlighting the types of resources within your team, aids in identifying individuals with whom you can journey millions of miles and those whom you should not entertain retaining within the team. Know more: A - Individuals in this category possess skills but lack interest in performing. Prioritize working on training them and understanding their mindset to address this issue effectively. B - Individuals in this category exhibit both high skills and interest levels. Consider promoting them and assigning them additional responsibilities after understanding their needs. C - Individuals categorized here are deemed the least favorable. Immediate termination may be necessary. D - These individuals represent future performers. While they may not possess significant skills currently, their remarkable interest in learning and doing warrants investment of time and resources. With proper nurturing, they have the potential to exceed expectations and help achieve your aspirations.
